01. How can I contact you?

You can contact me by:

02. How long will it take to get my homework done?

It mostly depends on the quantity of your homework. It usually takes 40 minutes on average.

03. What type of Spanish homework do you help with?

Any type of Spanish homework from simple one-page to advanced level of Spanish assignments. I am able to help you with your homework as long as it is related to Spanish.

04. What days/hours are you available?

I am available online most of the time ready to help you with your Spanish homework, just message me and I will get back to you soon. If it is urgent please contact me on Whatsapp here.

05. Do you meet tight deadlines?

I am OK with meeting tight deadlines and can even deliver ahead of schedule as long as there is some time left to deadline, but first you need to contact me.

06. How can I be sure you will do a good work?

Since I have been assisting Spanish learners for more than 8 years I have experience in doing any kind of Spanish homework. In addition, I know how complicated Spanish grammar is so I will do your homework in a way that it would look like you did based on your Spanish level. I will also include some common mistakes Spanish learners often make in order to make it look credible and natural.

07. What if I need you to redo my homework?

Feel free to ask for as many free redoes as you need until you are completely satisfied with the final report, but please allow me some time before deadline.

08. Can you help me with my Spanish homework for free?

Yes, after your third order you will get free help on your next Spanish homework.

09. Do you accept homework from anywhere in the world?

Yes, I do. Since Spanish is the same language in your country and where I live (Peru) and anywhere your homework is very welcome!

10. Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes, absolutely. The protection of your privacy is a top priority to me, and neither it nor your homework will be published, commercialized or shared to third parties.

11. Do I need to provide my personal information?

No. You do not need to give me any personal detail but you may use your personal accounts to contact me. In any case I will keep it in private.

12. Do I need to provide my credit card information?

No. Payments are made via Paypal so you only need your e-mail. Your credit card information will be kept unknown and safe.

13. How can I order?

Please contact me here to finalize the details and set the best price for your Spanish homework.

14. What are the payment methods?

At the moment, the only payment method is Paypal.

15. Do I need to pay in advance?

Yes, you will be required to pay the agreed price after checking your homework and instructions.

16. Is there any extra charge?

No. You will only be charged the price we agree and it includes additional reviews, tight deadlines, etc.

17. How can I be sure you will not scam me?

This is an embarrassing question but I do not blame you for asking. Since Paypal is one of the safest ways to pay online your order will be protected with “Buyer Protection” that will reimburse you for the full purchase price in case you do not receive any report or reply within 24 hours from the time you ordered (and that's very unlikely to happen).

DELIVERY

18. How will I get the answers?

Once I finish your homework I will send the report to your Paypal e-mail.

19. What if I need my homework ASAP?

The faster you contact me the faster you get help. For rapid response please contact me on Whatsapp and from the moment I reply you can be sure you will get it done in one hour at the most.

20. What if I cannot find the report on my e-mail?

Although it is rather improbable it would happen, please check your “jump mail” folder. If you do not find it there, please send me a message with the subject “resend homework” and I will send it immediately.

INSTRUCTIONS

21. Do I need to give you instructions?

Yes, you are required to give me instructions so I can do your homework according to your needs. Please do not forget to attach your instructions when sending your homework.

22. What if I need to change instructions?

You can update your instructions by sending me a message at least 6 working hours before deadline.

23. What if I forgot to give you instructions?

I will send you a message to your e-mail reminding you of this information. It is important that you send your instructions otherwise I might do something you have not requested.

OTHER

24. Do you give refunds?

Since quality and deadline are ensured I do not see any reason for it. However, if you still think I should please contact me and I will answer you.

25. Do you give Spanish lessons?

I am planning to do so in the future. At the moment I am just giving help for any type of Spanish homework.

26. Do you do homework in other languages?

Unfortunately I am just bilingual (Spanish and English).
